We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Tech / SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals with SMB and enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and generate new leads for Tech / SaaS solutionsDrive the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closingBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clientsDevelop and execute outbound strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategiesMaintain accurate records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demandsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Tech / SaaS B2B sales or business developmentStrong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and subscription-based modelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience with CRM systems and sales toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience selling IT services, software solutions, cloud, AI, or digital productsBackground in high-ticket or enterprise salesFamiliarity with international markets (US, UK, EU)What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission/uncapped incentivesPerformance-based bonusesGrowth opportunities in a fast-paced Tech environment ,Supportive team culture
