    BrightKey is currently looking to grow their team at their Annapolis Junction, MD location (near Columbia/Jessup MD).

    We are looking for Call Center Professionals with at least one year or experience in professional customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

    In this the Call Center Professional role, you will contribute to our company's success and your career growth

    Schedule, Benefits, & Compensation:
    On-site, First shift, Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week
    Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance
    Participation in company 401k program
    Paid Time off and 10 paid holidays
    Starting pay is $19.00 per hour


    BONUS:
    we offer a $1,000 completion bonus after completing your first year of employment with BrightKey

    Requested Experience:
    Experience in a professional call center environment
    Strong customer service skills
    The ability to interact and communicate in a positive and upbeat manner
    Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

    Core Responsibilities:
    Handling inbound calls from customers to address their needs, questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
    Resolve any customer complaints or problems and offer assistance to reach a positive conclusion to the customer interaction.
    Provide accurate documentation by utilizing systems and software to recordthe customer interactions.

    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or equivalent
    At least on year of experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
    Proficient in computer programs including Word and Excel
