    Job DescriptionSalary: $30.14-$42.20 DOE

    Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Quality and Risk Management Team

    The Program Coordinator oversees the day to day operations of programs that directly enhance and improve patient care. These programs may include and are not limited to Stroke, Sepsis, and Trauma. These programs are clinical in nature and require attention to detail, chart review, program development, employee education, and meeting facilitation. They serve as a liaison between health care professionals, including internal and external. They create and modify policies and procedures.

    Major Job Duties & Responsibilities

    Excellent interpersonal skills, written communications, and presentation skills.

    Advanced computer capabilities are required - word processing, complex spreadsheets, database management, and presentation graphics.

    Think independently, organize, plan and make decisions.

    Communicate effectively which includes verbal, nonverbal, as well as listening skills.

    Create project timeline, identify milestones, and track project process.

    Facilitates teams effectively and promotes performance improvement processes.

    Consistently functions as a role model and maintains positive interactions with all customers, colleagues, supervisors and team members.

    Actively engages in professional activities.

    Interpret standards and regulations related to their area of focus.

    Collaborate with project and program leaders to achieve goals.

    Create progress reports.

    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

    Strong leadership skills, organizational skills, team management and motivational ability, and facilitate and foster meetings that promote compliance within programs.

    Experience

    Previous program oversight experience preferred within a hospital or healthcare system. Previous experience with project management and process improvement required.

    Educational Requirements

    BA/BS degree preferred. LEAN Certification required within 1 year of hire.

    Schedule

    Hours are based on the needs of the program development and oversight to ensure all departments and shifts are communicated to effectively.
