Job summary
The Sales Floor Lead assists with the day-to-day store operation and sales performance to meet or exceed budget while in compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. They perform duties of a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
Responsibilities
- To use the cash register to make total sales, accept payment; authorize voids, returns, exchanges and credits for merchandise.
- To ensure proper rotation of store merchandise.
