    Job Description

    Legal Operations Associate at

    is seeking a dedicated Legal Operations Associate to join our legal team to support business growth and expansion

    You'll be responsible for assisting with the overall strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and technology solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and driving cost-effective operations resulting in tangible savings for the organization. This role will also work with commercial teams to assist with contract workflows.

    How you'll make an impact:

    • Optimize and enhance the use of technology, including creating process efficiencies, data integrity, and managing costs.
    • Leverage data through metrics and dashboards to provide valuable insights to leadership on various initiatives.
    • Partner with the commercial legal and deal management teams to create contract workflows and provide support for the company's CLM system.
    • Assist with departmental people processes such as onboarding new employees and contractors, and provide assistance as requested with communications, memberships, all-hands meetings, department surveys, and employee engagement initiatives.

    Qualifications

    About you:

    • You have 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Prior experience owning or administrating a contract lifecycle management system (IronClad or LawVu experience preferred)
    • Proven experience with legal tools such as "help desk" and service management solutions featuring ticketing systems, self-service portals, and knowledge bases (e.g., Freshservice, Jira, Confluence)
    • Prior experience with building and maintaining intranet portals and pages
    • Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements
    • Strong interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment
    • Ability to proactively identify needs and issues and provide solutions and to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

However, This salary range may encompass multiple career levels at Checkout and will be refined during the interview process, taking into account factors such as the candidates experience, qualification and location.

    Please note that this information is provided for those in New York City only. For regular full-time employees in New York City, the estimated base salary range is from: $67,774 to $79,734.
