    Position Overview:

    • Lead efficient center operations with a blend of patient care and clinical leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Hold an MD or DO license in the relevant state
    • Available for Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm shifts
    • 3+ years of experience in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Department
    • Possess an unrestricted DEA license
    • Medicare participation eligibility
    • Board Certification or Eligibility (Preferred)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in clinical care for 90% of work time
    • Dedicate 10% of time to recruitment and business metrics
    • Execute clinical model playbook effectively and pinpoint areas for improvement
    • Oversee accurate record-keeping and billing processes
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical staff
    • Foster a compliant treatment environment as per regulations
