    EXECUTIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR NAFTA - Automotive Electronics -

    base Detroit area , MI - or Grand rapids , MI

    As the NAFTA CEO you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our whole North American operations, USA plus Mexico , including plants, operations, and supply chain , logistics.

    With a very high level of autonomy , reporting to the global CEO of the BU Electronics , HQ in Europe , your mission is to strategically manage the regional P&L of approximately $300 millions today , in a context of recent acquisition and integration / turn around , with a focus on

    • the existing fast pace growth, ensuring optimal profitability, efficiency, ...
    • business development , still plenty of opportunities , with existing customers , major automotive industrial players in Hi Tech product lines , linked with EV , EE systems ... into comfort , safety , visibility , infotainment , smart & connected worlds ...
    • go for new client acquisition , in Automotive possible future diversification in / exploration of other High Tech fields , avionics , embedded solutions , etc...

    Leveraging your experience in general management, you will define your business plan and lead the execution to efficiently produce and deliver. Acting as a "chef d'orchestre", you drive all the company's key functions : sales, supply chain, purchasing, manufacturing, quality , Finance , HR etc..

    This is a critical and strategic position responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients , global & regional in line with the the global activity Strategy.

    The role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring long-term success in a competitive industry.

    Key Responsibilities , not limited to :

    • Full P&L Ownership

    -Play a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring the financial health of the Electronics North America Organization

    -Drive the revenues generation by increasing the sales and revenue, explore new market opportunities and customer segments., lead the sales teams to drive growth.

    -Cash Performance Management: Free cash flow mastering (investment, inventories level, payments terms)

    -Risk Management: assess and mitigate financial risks associated with the North America operations. Implement risk management strategies to protect the P&L statement.

    -Compliance and Governance: ensure that the Electronics North America operates within legal and regulatory guidelines. Implement and uphold governance policies and compliance standards.

    • Business Development & Sales Strategy

    Define and drive the Sales Strategy, in line with the Group Electronics Strategy on the market in relation to competitors and customers.

    -Define with the Corporate a Sales strategy consistent with the Group strategy, according to his overall vision and his knowledge of the markets, to develop existing customer accounts and introduce new prospects

    -Ensure continuous competitive intelligence regarding the Electronics market: direct and indirect competition, prices on the market, strategic orientation taken by competitors

    -Carry out analyses, identify growth opportunities and issue recommendations in terms of company development potential: market segments, new technologies, new capital / technological / financial partners ...

    -Analyze the various customer segments, identify buoyant markets, identify structural trends

    -Analyze customers portfolios, growth areas and development axes of existing customers

    -Ensure a continuous economic and technological watch to ensure that the company sales strategy is efficient and sustainable

    Lead commercial negotiations with existing customers or prospects

    -Ensure the relevance of the offers developed by the sales teams

    -Negotiate specific contract clauses Represent the company with customers, particularly strategic ones

    -Supervise the negotiations carried out by the sales teams and provide support when needed In close collaboration with general management, take appropriate decisions in the event of problems

    Draw up the customer forecast (monthly S&OP and yearly sales budget) and the budget with the teams, in conformity with the company strategy and the sales strategy

    • Electronics North America Management

    -Define and rapidly implement an action plan to ensure the overall performance of operations (supply-chain, engineering, manufacturing, quality, etc.), with a view to rapidly relieving the sales function.

    -Lead and report on sales, operational and financial performance. Manage risks and opportunities.

    -Identify the key issues and problems of the current situation, where their roots cause, the necessary means, and actions to suppress them.

    -Review the current organization and propose changes to make it more efficient and meet customer and profitability expectations.

    -Drive the production performance with special to the ramp up in the new factory as well as the efficient swap between the Mexico and US plants

    -Work closely with the existing management team, aligning them with objectives and action priorities.

    -Help consolidate the team around its key players.

    Qualifications , P&L Owner with :

    • Experience in or exposure to Electronics automotive , manufacturing electronic components , as EMS / tier two company , or designing and manufacturing module , system as automotive tier one corporate
    • Proven Automotive experience in a regional or BU general management role with full P&L responsibility, and with strong commercial management experience of profitable growth
    • Strong practical exposure to automotive general business and operational excellence culture , Lean management , continuous improvement and all standards and best practices implementation in a sustainable way
    • Track record of driving ambitious growth targets for the whole organization while maintaining a focus on profitability, operational efficiency, and workplace culture.
    • Direct experience in managing commercial activities, including sales, business development, and account management is a plus
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, in autonomy with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and intercultural
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment.
    • Clear vision with the ability to share around , internally driving your teams including plants & operations , externally building a strong sustainable partnership relation with your automotive global clients
