- Develop and maintain strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and other key decision-makers within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell CGMs, insulin pumps, and associated diabetes care products in alignment with company sales goals and targets.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate providers on the clinical benefits and features of our product portfolio.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, reimbursement, and clinical support to ensure smooth onboarding and product delivery for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM software.
- Attend local and regional trade shows, educational events, and provider meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of medical sales or related healthcare sales experience required; experience in DME or diabetes care strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within endocrinology and diabetes management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and territory effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 60%.
