    Position: Field Project Manager

    The Field Project Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing the success and efficiency of their designated area(s). They are tasked with overseeing all aspects of project scope adjustments, schedules, costs, and the entire project life cycle. Responsibilities include managing and supervising the project from beginning to end, providing guidance for all on-site activities, obtaining necessary permits and equipment, and ensuring quality control inspections are conducted promptly. Additionally, the Field Project Manager supports the vendor management team, assists with material procurement, and actively contributes to the recruitment and supervision of vendors.



    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Supervise clients and vendors within the designated area.
    • Identify and address operational deficiencies in the assigned region.
    • Conduct weekly phone meetings with the area manager to review market status and requirements.
    • Monitor weekly market performance to meet or surpass expectations.
    • Develop strategies for engaging new clients.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on field activities to management.
    • Select and onboard vendors based on company standards.
    • Negotiate competitive rates with vendors.
    • Attend routine meetings to address market needs and project status.
    • Monitor and communicate any pricing adjustments to the leadership team.
    • Deliver regular reports on vendor conditions within each market.
    • Perform additional tasks as needed to progress projects.
    • Enhance product specifications and explore upselling opportunities.
    • Resolving field-related issues with vendors professionally.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field OR 3+ years of experience in home rehabilitation and multi-unit facilities.
    • Experience in Residential Construction Management.
    • Knowledge of Residential Restoration is advantageous.
    • Valid Driver's License required.
    • Proficiency in estimating, project scheduling, and project life cycle management.
    • Familiarity with construction practices, labor costs, and material use.
    • Understanding of local, state, and federal building codes.
    • Knowledge in various construction areas like flooring, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc.
    • Experience in insurance claims is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, and Eagleview is a plus.
    • Strong Microsoft Office and G-Suites skills.
    • Capacity to oversee a minimum of 10 properties simultaneously.
    • Willingness to work weekends when necessary.
    • Ability to multitask and work independently.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    • Physical tasks include walking on construction sites, lifting heavy materials, and using ladders.
    • Manual labor such as moving equipment and setting up sites.
    • Frequent use of telephone and e-mail for communication.
    • Strong communication skills for interactions with clients and colleagues.
    • Normal hearing and vision abilities are essential.
    • Excellent manual dexterity for office equipment usage.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    The role involves frequent presence on construction sites, which may be outdoors with varying weather conditions. Additionally, time is spent in a home office environment. Some travel between sites is required.
