Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Miami Beach, FL for a Hiring & People Manager. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
The hiring manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role such as developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, evaluating candidates, and conducting interviews. Additionally, they will conduct basic HR and people roles, such as basic contracts, onboarding, performance reviews, SOPS, etc.
The hiring manager will also be responsible for delivering exceptional service quality to both clients and team members, as well as training and mentorship programs.
