We are hiring for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer in North Andover, MA This is aDIRECT HIRE full-time position that will be on 1st shiftMon-Fri. This position will include working within a metal manufacturing environment with duties including but not limited to:

• Use AutoCAD and SolidWorks for product design changes and the design of new products.
• Documenting assembly processes using engineering drawings and digital tools.
• Evaluating the root cause of product failures.
• Maintain and review manufacturing test equipment while working on the production floor.
• Creating and releasing blueprints.
• Manage inventory control.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement Lean Six Sigma programs, and create process specifications.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience or graduate with related Associate degree.
• Must have experience with Blueprints, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Must have experience in Lean manufacturing, ISO, CNC

Location: North Andover, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay: Starting at 55k yearly

Compensation: $55, $60,000.00 per year
