    Curative is collaborating with LocumJobsOnline to discover a qualified Hospitalist MD opportunity in Henderson, Nevada.



    Compensation Information:
    $140 to $160 per hour

    Position Details:

    Inpatient Locum Hospitalist required in the Las Vegas area from summer to fall.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Board Certification or Board Eligible
    • NV License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
    • Residency/Fellowship Requirements
    • Certifications – ACLS, BLS, ATLS, DEA (with a full drug schedule) and CSR
    • Malpractice – Clean Preferred

    Setting:

    • Duties: Admit, Discharge, and Round on Hospital Medicine Patients. Daily Billing in Ingenious Med. Attend Length of Stay Meetings, Optum Liaison, and Optum Medical Director Meetings.
    • No required procedures
    • Schedule: 7am - 7pm
    • EMR: CERNER
    • Support Staff: NP, Hospitalist Coord
    • Open shifts in July and August
    • Family Medicine with Hospitalist Experience accepted
    • Closed ICU
    • No night call, nights are covered by Nocturnist 7p-7a
    • Patients per day: Usually 15-18, sometimes 18-20
    • Admits per day: 2-3 (included in the 15-18 above)
    • ICU rounds only
    • Respond/run codes required
    • Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

    Travel Covered:

    Mileage: Reimbursed

    Lodging: Preferred hotels

    Air Travel: Local, preferred but not mandatory
