    Yulista Holding LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Pricing Analyst supports a diverse and cross functional team in the development of compliant, responsive, and competitive proposals

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Lead Cost Volume Responses in compliance with the RFP
    • Develop and lead pricing strategy from gate review to submittal
    • Shred RFPs for compliance matrix to capture all technical and cost elements
    • Interpret RFP requirements to delegate task and information to the appropriate functional areas
    • Create estimates of probability and likely costs
    • Provide risk assessment and mitigation suggestions as it relates to the pricing strategy
    • Indirect Cost Pool Creation
    • Rate Forecasting
    • Analyze historical pricing and past performance
    • Maintain clear and accurate files for audits and proposal back up
    • Coordinate proposal pricing activities among various departments including Program Management, Contracts, Business Development and Purchasing
    • Provide risk assessment of terms and conditions of potential contract award to ensure compatibility
    Analyzes risk assessment and present alternative pricing scenarios to mitigate potential loss / risks


    • Maintain auditable files for proposals and cooperates with government audits and requests
    • Ensures disclosure of cost and pricing data and with Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
    • Support fact-finding and negotiations
    • Maintain current knowledge base of federal acquisition regulations and customer requirements
    • Use mathematical and statistical methods to analyze fincial risk and accurately present those findings to various audiences
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and other related pricing laws, regulations and guidelines to minimize legal and financial exposure
    • Provide counsel and advice to proposal bid teams related to pricing strategy and other financial issues related to possible execution
    • Generate and present pricing packages for internal and external management reviews and submissions to customers
    • Research cost elements in order to assist Subject Matter Experts (SME) with proposal efforts
    • Maintain Pricing Files including documenting proposal assumptions and sources of data used as basis of estimates
    • Interact with corporate support offices related to various pricing issues such as insurance and taxes impacts
    • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as FAR, DFAR, SBA, DOL, and other government regulations
    • Evaluation of Functional Inputs and assuring all requirements are proposed appropriately and are compliant with the Request for Proposal (RFP)
    • Generating and presenting pricing packages for internal and external management reviews and submissions to customers
    • Providing financial business case and risk assessment data to executive management
    • Maintain Pricing Files including documenting proposal assumptions and sources of data used as basis of estimates

    • Advanced computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs
    • Advanced Excel Knowledge (Mastery of V-lookup, H-lookup, X-lookup, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Sumproducts, Nested if/then, Data Validations)
    • Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
    • Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
    Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc
    Must represent the company in a professional manner at all times.


    • Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others.
    • Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently enrolled in a 4 year course study leading up to a BA/BS with at least 5 year of task related experience
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearance
    • Advanced Excel Knowledge (Mastery of V-lookup, H-lookup, X-lookup, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Sumifs, Sumproducts, Nested if/then, Data Validations)
    • Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA), collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and Davis Bacon Act (DBA).
    • Experience with Firm Fixed Price, Cost Type, Time and Materials, and IDIQ Contracts PREFERENCE STATEMENT Preference will be given to Calista shareholders and their descendants and to spouses of Calista shareholders, and to shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, in accordance with Title 43 U.S
