Requirements of the

Technical Sales Representative:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales role in a similar industry (manufacturing, machining, fabrication).
Demonstrated technical engineering or mechanical aptitude is required.
Previous sales experience in the gear box or gearing industry is a plus.
Track record of success building strong customer relationships and penetrating new market segments.
Track record of success achieving sales goals in an engineering or mechanical environment.
Identify and secure net new business across a variety of industries and market segments.
Develop a deep understanding of products and capabilities to target specific market segments resulting in sales growth.
Develop a strategic sales plan for the year with short-term and long-term measurables goals.
