The Support Technician provides technical assistance to end users across a wide range of issues.
This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems,
as well as documenting and tracking all activities to ensure timely resolution.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person
Diaagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and networking issues
Document issues and resolutions using internal tracking tools
Monitor open tickets to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform daily tasks
