    The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing to spearhead the end-to-end manufacturing performance across a global footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, sustainability, digital enablement, and talent within the nuclear power industry. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years' experience in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in highly regulated and safety-critical industries. The SVP will oversee operations and materials management for multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with global nuclear regulatory standards and driving innovation through digital enablement, automation, and modular manufacturing techniques.

    Applicants must have a proven track record in multi-site, global manufacturing networks, and experience in high-growth, transformational environments. The role requires expertise in safety and health performance, regulatory compliance, and a strong background in leading manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, engineering, and capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and a focus on KPIs to control operational aspects.
