    Job Description

    The Regional Scientific Director (Associate Director level) plays a critical customer-facing role in establishing trusted partnerships within the healthcare community covering Intellia's CRISPR-based, first-in-class gene editing programs. Key responsibilities include scientific exchange, medical education and insight identification with principal investigators, key opinion leaders and healthcare multidisciplinary teams.

    Territory: Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Serving as a liaison between healthcare professionals and our company to provide education on CRISPR gene editing platform and clinical data on relevant treatments.

    • Understanding patient journeys at key centers to identify site capabilities and preferences regarding gene editing therapies.

    • Developing individualized engagement plans for key stakeholders aligned with company narrative and strategy.

    • Gathering insights through listening sessions to timely report via CRM system.
