    We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist. This role will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates for our core positions while also managing the administrative aspects of the onboarding process for all new hires. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This position will be working in-person out of our corporate office in Wichita, KS.

    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment:

    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our core positions, including but not limited to, Service Technicians, Route Drivers, Warehouse Representatives, and Sales professionals.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure real time feedback is communicated to hiring managers.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    Onboarding:
    • Manage the administrative aspects of the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
    • Responsible for the pre-hire process, including, ordering background checks and MVRs,
    • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, employee acknowledgements, and company policies.
    • Serve as a point of contact for new hires and managers during the pre-hire process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including I-9 forms, background checks, and other required documentation.
    • Stay up-to-date on changes to employment laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates to recruitment and onboarding processes.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related field is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
