Job Description InnoTECH Staffing is looking to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer for an exciting, well funded, and fast-growing tech start-up in the Boston, MA area.

The candidate for this role should have ideally been a Technical Lead or Project Lead for a full product lifecycle (shipped a product) and have many years of industry experience.

The job

Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop cutting-edge hardware products.
Prototype complex electromechanical systems integrating computer vision, AI, optics, sensors, and motors.
Design robust PCBs and power solutions for terminals.
Utilize SBCs like Nvidia Jetson for GPU-based tasks.
Implement low-latency camera systems.
Write firmware for system on modules.

Your background

Ability to quickly prototype in-house.
Skilled in debugging electrical problems.
Proficiency in Python, C, and object-oriented system architectures.
Proficient in rapidly transitioning concepts to production.
Flexible team player with a collaborative spirit.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering along with 3-5+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading a team a big and taking a product to launch a big plus
Prior start-up experience a huge plus
