Job description
We are Looking for a front desk Clinical receptionist with excellent
Clinical Receptionist Detail:
Full -training and support provided
12 '30 hours per week
Weekdäys *Flexible
Six or8 hour shift
Location:

Part-Time Contracted
$12 - $15 p.er hour (depending on experience)

Greets clients, vendors, and
Assisting clients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
Answers and screens for incoming telephone calls take accuracy and thoroughness. Ough, messages. Checks clients in and out of scheduled appointments, including scheduling any return or follow-up
Collect> client paperwork as needed.
Cans -to remind clients of appointments.
Initiates procedures to locate missing information before the client's visit.
Scans documents from clients/providers and files them in appropriate folders/charts.
Promptly triages emergency telephone calls based on office protocol.
Collects office visit fees and prior balances.
May assist with billing and direct clients to appropriate billing personnel. Keep front and back areas tidy and orderly and use discretion while working with sensitive information.

Fåxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation.
