    As Brand and Content Supervisor, you will be a key player on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) about our brand.

    This role serves as an advocate for our brand positioning and how it is represented across our lines of business and marketing channels.

    We want you to be excited about embodying our brand values and ensuring that all content aligns with the organization's overarching vision and mission.

    This role works directly with programs and team members who steward our reputation management, content marketing, and partner marketing.

    You will be responsible for providing insights for the business to understand and track industry and consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and measure and report on the success and performance of the brand in the marketplace.

    You should be passionate about always being on the lookout for emerging channels and work to identify cooperative marketing opportunities with strategic partners.

    You are a good fit for this role if you are a creative problem solver with a deep curiosity about our industry and what drives small business audiences to engage with insurance content and solutions.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Own Content marketing strategy for biBerk, stewarding the brand tone and voice while ensuring integrated execution across channels.

    Build and maintain the content and social calendar informed by research into search volume, topics of interest, audience insights and our own paid media strategies.

    Work with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) vendor to ensure on site content is SEO friendly in partnership with SEO/SEM Strategist.

    Develop and implement a testing strategy to optimize existing content and test new pathways to increase conversion.
    Coordinate marketing team resources across paid, earned, and owned media to drive the content lifecycle.
    Identify and explore co-branding opportunities with strategic partners and wholesale partners.
    Demonstrate a core understanding of our customer base, conversion funnels, and growth strategies.
    Conduct recurring competitive analysis, share/distribute competitive insights to inform strategic direction.
    Ensure brand presence at events and tradeshows is appropriately represented.
    Verify Reputation Management processes and best practices are consistently followed, and the voice of the customer is represented.
    Explore emerging channels and testing opportunities.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    Oversees the daily workflow of Brand, Content, and Partner marketing, vendors, and support coordinators

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Knowledge of web traffic sources and platforms.
    Experience managing social platforms.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
    Detail oriented with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to take direction and implement feedback from management.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and hold yourself accountable for timely completion of ad hoc requests and recurring tasks.
    Self-starter and quick-learner with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
    Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


    Education and Experience:
    BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management, related digital degree, or equivalent working experience.5+ years related marketing experience preferred.
