The Paskin Group at Trails at Valley Ranch in Irving, TX is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities
- Completing work orders cleaning up the grounds turning vacant units
- Picking up trash sweeping curbs and dumpster areas maintaining common areas
- Ensuring the workshop utility room and mechanical rooms are always clean orderly and free of potential hazards
