    Description
    We are seeking an energetic, customer-service-focused individual to join the Hilton team The Hilton Anchorage is the largest Alaskan full-service hotel with 606 rooms, and a fun team and atmosphere.

    The position is hourly - plus tips and excellent benefits

    Responsibilities include:
    • Greet guests and provide information as they arrive and depart.
    • Assist guests with their luggage, directions, and questions, as needed.
    • Provide guests with our first-rate Hilton standard customer service.
    • Other responsibilities as assigned.
    • Luggage handling. Luggage handling of the guest is done on various occasions such as arrival, during stay (change of room), and at the time of departure.
    • 3. Mail and Message Handling.
    • Miscellaneous Jobs.
    • In the summer, assist the tour busses that come to our beautiful state for a visit
