Academic Support Assistant - Innovation & Research Commons - Auburn - Auburn

Auburn University Libraries is seeking a student assistant to support faculty and staff with daily library operations in the Innovation & Research Commons (I&RC). This role will involve providing direct service to library patrons at the I&RC Help Desk, setting up wide-format printing, and maintaining the area's tidiness. The successful candidate will also help patrons use and troubleshoot hardware, locate microforms, and operate microform reader/printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to library patrons

The ideal candidate will be enrolled as an Auburn University student and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

This is a part-time position with a pay rate of $9.00 per hour. Students can work up to 20 hours per week, depending on their availability. The position is located in Auburn, Alabama, and is open until filled.
