SharePoint AdministratorCurrently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our dynamic IT team in the Baltimore, MD; York, PA or the Southern New Jersey area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our SharePoint platform.

This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Customization and Development of SharePoint sites, templates, and workflows
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity of the environment
• Installing and configuring servers to obtain optimal performance and reliability
• Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss
• Planning and executing patch management solutions
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
• Training and providing support to end users
• Handling user permissions and authentications
• Enforcing and implement security policies and staying informed about industry best practicesRequirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role
• In
• depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, best practices, and administration
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
• Excellent problem
• solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g.

, Microsoft Certified:

SharePoint Administrator) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365
• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio for customization and development
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and add-ons
