    Job Title: Technical Produt Manager

    Job Description:

    -Provide strategic direction and oversight to product development teams.

    -Identify customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals.

    -Define the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from executive leadership and marketing teams.

    -Remain involved in all stages of the product life cycle, defining and implementing refinements and upgrades to increase longevity.

    -Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders

    -Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

    -Present and articulate solutions to management and/or project stakeholders and others while interfacing with technical resources, business owners, end users, and management.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Stakeholders) to ensure that product aligns with program's overall objectives and goals.

    Effectively communicate product plans, benefits and results to a variety of audience from individual team member to leadership team.

    Required qualifications.

    8+ years of demonstrated technical product management experience.

    Proficient in product development, communication and cross group collaboration skills

    Experience in leading significant cross functional initiatives that produced demonstrable business outcomes.

    Self-starter who is constantly looking for ways to improve the product and efficiencies.

    Proven track record of managing products in an agile development environment.

    Problem solving skills and ability to think strategically with a strong bias for action.
