- Works from blueprints, interprets engineering requirements, and configuration verifications.
- Knowledgeable of specifications, quality procedures, and F/T requirements relevant to the area of assignment.
- Inspects parts to ensure acceptable appearance, function, tolerances, dimensions, and specifications.
- Completes and maintains various inspection paperwork.
- Interprets and conforms to new model engineering changes with feedback to Engineering.
- Proficient in necessary business applications for the assigned work area.
- Communicates with external auditors, such as the FAA, and customers.
- Possesses relevant certifications/qualifications for the assigned area.
- Requires a high school education and familiarity with drawings, specifications, basic math, and technical knowledge.
- 6-9 months of applicable experience. Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical skills necessary for the job and is open to working in all support areas.
