Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician with CNC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on machinery, with a focus on CNC equipment. In addition to technical proficiency, the candidate should have experience reading and interpreting blueprints. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including CNC equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts on machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
• Utilize blueprints and technical manuals to understand equipment specifications and troubleshoot problems.
• Install and set up new machinery, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements performed.
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic Technician, with a focus on CNC equipment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct repairs on CNC machines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
