    We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to help lead our residential clinic specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

    As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to individuals suffering from PTSD.

    You will lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement effective treatment programs.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide strong leadership, vision, and strategic direction to the clinical team.
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
    Conduct regular team meetings, promote open communication, and address any challenges or concerns.
    Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
    Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development through mentoring and training opportunities.
    Support staff in the management of complex cases and provide clinical consultation as needed.
    Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations, hospitals, and mental health professionals.
    Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to develop integrated care plans.
    Represent the clinic at conferences, seminars, and other professional events to promote the organization and share knowledge.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    A masters degree in a mental health-related field.
    Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or psychologist in the state of FL.
    Preferably some experience in the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD.
    Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and program development.
    Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for PTSD and familiarity with trauma-informed care.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
    Familiarity with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and industry standards in mental health care.

    What We Offer
    Salary between $70-$80k.
    Full benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance with generous company contributions.

    3-4 weeks PTO.
    Reimbursement on professional registration, licensure, etc.
    Standard onsite schedule Monday-Friday, with some modifications occasionally.
