    Its purpose is to foster a culture of data-driven decisions and bring the outside-in with access to unique and rich-data on market sales including competitors and consumer choices.

    This achieved by building powerful and timely visualizations of market & share developments, quantifying sales drivers uplift & ROI and using unlimited power of algorithm to generate optimal allocation scenario, as well as by anticipating future sales with predictive modelling to anticipate future sales.


    Main responsibilities:
    The role of Global CXA Innovation Portfolio Analyst is an exciting opportunity to influence CHC strategic choices by providing insights about our innovation pipeline and integrating a robust forecast across the organization


    This role implies:

    Strategic Influence:
    Play a pivotal role in guiding CHC's strategic choices by delivering key insights from our innovation pipeline.

    Pipeline Management:


    Oversee and analyze the CHC Innovation Pipeline, identifying trends, opportunities, and providing actionable insights to Global and Regional Innovation Committees.

    Forecasting and Alignment
    :

    Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply teams to deliver robust and consistent innovation forecasts, aligning them with organizational objectives.

    Portfolio Optimization
    :
    Drive portfolio optimization, focusing on maximizing opportunities and scaling "Bigger and Bolder" innovation projects.
    Process and Compliance
    :
    Work closely with the Innovation Forecast lead to ensure all key innovations comply with organizational standards and that systems accurately reflect outputs
    Innovation Assessment
    :
    Conduct monthly reviews of innovation launch success, deriving insights to inform future strategies.

    Cloud Visualization Management:
    Improve and manage cloud visualization tools to enhance organizational access to portfolio insights.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal and external data science teams to refine data-driven decision-making processes.
    Support and Integration
    :
    Assist project managers and financial teams in gathering and interpreting data on past launches and performance metrics.

    Innovation Processes & Frameworks:
    Develop innovation frameworks and processes in close partnership with Global Head of Innovation and Portfolio Manager.
    This role will report directly to the CXA global advanced analytics Lead.
    About you
    Experience

    : 4+ years' experience in portfolio management or alternatively 4+ years' working with Innovation projects from design to launch. 3+ years working with senior leadership

    and effectively synthesizing information

    with strong emphasis in call-to-action. 4+ years' experience with ETL from Excel databases and financial P&L statements. Experience working with IPSOS innovation forecast models is a plus.

    Technical skills
    :
    Experience in Project Management skills including how to plan, execute and oversee innovation projects efficiently.

    Familiarity with internal innovation pipeline tools is a plus . E xperience in data analysis and interpretation, particularly in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights. Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI.
    Education
    :
    Bachelor's degree in a business/marketing or quantitative discipline (e.g., market research, economics, statistics, data science, finance) is preferred. Master's degree in business/marketing or a quantitative discipline with strong analytics applications is a plus.

    English, French is a plus
