- Assist with maintaining hotel guest rooms, meeting space, public/back of house areas, performing minor and routine maintenance activities as assigned on a routine checklist
- Maintain standards of quality guest service
- Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards
- Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development
- Prompt response to and resolve of guest request, complaints or questions in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist in logging and tracking all performed maintenance assignments with supervisors
- Attend all required meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates and vendors
- Ability to accurately report information
- Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures
- Able to complete projects/assignments thoroughly, professionally and with care
- Able to adjust to high-pressure conditions and is open to change
- Can assume responsibility for personal growth and development

- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions
- Must have a Missouri Class E drivers license
- Must have knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local health, safety and legal regulations
- Must have good mathematical and computer skills
- High school education and relevant training and experience preferred
- CPR and first aid training preferred
- Additional language ability preferred
- Minimum lifting/pulling of 50 pounds
