- Rotation amongst all retina providers every three week rotation
- Immediate ramp up current retina provider is relocating for family reasons
- Primary office location
- Portsmouth, VA ; Additional office locations in Chesapeake, VA and Virginia Beach, VA
- Physician will practice at the main location in Portsmouth but will also be required to visit satellite offices
