- Set up, program, and operate Laser Tracker using design data to inspect make, and buy components.
- Perform first article inspections and documents per AS9102.
- Perform in-process and final inspections.
- Document, track, and complete discrepancy reports.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly PM on machines and documents.
- Maintain configuration control on files and job records.
- OT is eligible.
Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection of aerospace components.
- Superior blueprint reading skills including GD&T principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in the use of precision hand tools, gages, optical comparators, and surface plate work.
- Experience inspecting tight tolerance, and high-value components.
- Familiar with the use of personal computers. Self-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion dates.
