    OVERVIEW: The Marketing and Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various marketing initiatives and events to promote the organization's services and brand. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and appropriate decision makers to ensure successful marketing campaigns and events that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

    KEY TASKS:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content across all marketing platforms.
    • Work with Brand Marketing Manager on strategic campaigns to drive tactical marketing initiatives and efforts to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
    • Drive social media communications for the company. Maintain and update social and digital pages. Plan, develop and schedule content, create response-generating campaigns and interact with customers.
    • Plan and obtain approval for promotional and offsite events including boat shows, trade shows, broker open house events, and any other events as deemed essential for company participation.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and vendor coordination.
    • Assist with New Hire Onboarding such as business cards, photos, titles, bio, and requesting new hires to be added on the website.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, sponsors, and vendors to deliver successful event execution.
    • Provide administrative support as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    KEY RESULT AREAS:
    • Knowledge of marketing and event planning practices and techniques, public relations philosophy, and customer relations.
    • Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate complex projects and activities
    • Use office automation tools to prepare a variety of documents, reports and records.
    • Ensure success of all promotional events for the organization
    • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate complex projects and activities along with provide feedback on project success to evaluate ROI.
    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
    • Highly organized and technologically savvy with full proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Team mentality approach
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Hubspot CRM system experience preferred
    • Social Media and Digital platform experience
    • Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree in related field preferred
    • Two to four years experience in the field or in a related area.
