    We are currently searching for an Airport Project Engineer for a well-established company.

    The ideal candidates for the Airport Project Engineer role will be responsible for working within a design team framework, sketching, and designing.

    Airport Project Engineer Responsibilities

    Design of runways, taxiways, aprons, and other airfield facilities. Work typically involves grading, paving, drainage, and other airfield-related work.
    Develop planning documents, and construction cost estimates, and perform computer-aided design.
    Prepare and direct design and preparation of technical reports, calculations, project drawings, details & specifications. Review construction shop drawings and construction site visits.

    Coordinate the project with regulatory agencies and serve as a liaison between clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design team members.

    Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

    Airport Project Manager Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
    4+ years of experience, (PE) license preferred
    Proficient with AutoCAD
    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Produce organized, accurate, and professional work products
    Ability to work independently and in small groups
    Ability to manage, prioritize, and meet schedule requirements for multiple projects/tasks
    We are willing to train talented individuals w/o aviation experience

    Airport Project Engineer Compensation & Benefits

    Salary of $100K - $120K based on experience
    Comprehensive benefits package
