    **Medical Director, Advanced Heart Failure - Greater Charlotte Region, North Carolina We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure to join our expanding cardiovascular team in the Greater Charlotte region. This role is a mix of clinical consultative cardiology and administrative leadership, designed for a physician who is passionate about advancing heart failure outcomes and program development.As Medical Director, you will lead heart failure initiatives, help develop a destination LVAD center, and provide outreach and support across six hospitals and 11 ambulatory sites in the region.Position Details

    • Split role between clinical practice and administrative duties
    • Lead initiatives for heart failure outcome improvements
    • Contribute to the development of a destination LVAD program
    • Provide clinical support and outreach to regional sites
    • Favorable and balanced call schedule
    • 7 weeks of combined vacation and CME after Supervisor MD status
      • Requirements
    • Board-certified in Cardiology
    • Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support preferred
    • Proficient in full-spectrum heart failure management
    • Recent exposure to contemporary heart failure therapies and care transitions
    • Strong leadership, communication, and program-building skills
