JK Executive Strategies has partnered exclusively with *Baldwin Richardson Foods* (BRF), in its search for a Manufacturing Training Specialist in Williamson, NY. The Manufacturing Training Specialist is responsible for evaluating and identifying workforce skill training needs, creating effective training materials, and supporting quality training programs for manufacturing areas.

BRF has strong supply relationships with some of the world's largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Food Service customers. Baldwin Richardson Foods is experiencing rapid growth due to both successful relationships with existing customers and a rapid influx of new customers. The Company also manufactures and markets Mrs. Richardson's Ice Cream Toppings and Nance's Mustards and Condiments. To enable continued growth, they have kicked off a company-wide transformation, touching everything from the way they look for and at commercial opportunities to the way they manufacture and deliver products for their existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill-level training needs for manufacturing areas and employee growth.
• Support the delivery of training development plans including the development of materials, tutorials, instructions, and additional learning resources for proper onboarding and ongoing skill development.
• Maintain manufacturing learning and procedural materials to ensure accuracy and best practices.
• Track completion of training programs to ensure consistent and timely training delivery across manufacturing areas.
• Report training compliance to individual trainees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, constructive, timely feedback to trainees, supervisors, and cell leads to support performance excellence.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to upskill supervisors, operations performance managers, and cell leads to support on-the-job training programs successfully and efficiently.
• Champion continuous improvement of manufacturing plant technical training effectiveness.
• Actively build collaborative relationships and partnerships with all levels of the organization in the identification and implementation of learning solutions.
• Partner with SMEs to development, delivering and measurement of training solutions centered around Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Training & Development, Human Resources, Career & Technical Education, or a relevant Industry field.
• Proven expertise in the creation and delivery of training programs.
• Familiarity with HR general practices is a positive attribute.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse groups, including cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Capacity to communicate information effectively to varied audiences.
• Basic understanding of adult learning theories and principles.
• Experience with the following technologies is a plus: PLCs, mechatronics, robotics, smart factory systems.

Salary Range

• $75K-$85K + 5% bonus
