    Description

    We are currently hiring for a night shift Therapist within our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) Program to serve the Summit and Wasatch County Area. Currently, we operate a day shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and a swing shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday.

    Join our dedicated Team as a Masters level Therapist and make a real impact in your community. Funded by the state and dispatched by local 911 and the state 988 mental health crisis line, our team provides crucial support to individuals experiencing mental health crises in Summit County and Wasatch County.

    As a key member of our new night shift team (11:00 PM to 8 AM), you'll work alongside a state-certified peer support specialist. Together, you'll respond to crisis, offering compassion and intervention to those in need. In this role, you'll often collaborate closely with law enforcement on scene, providing valuable mental health expertise to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.

    Provides direct and indirect clinical services; develops and supervises client treatment program; performs individual, family and group outpatient psychotherapy for a variety of Behavioral health disorders, personal problems, domestic violence, and personality disorders; manages personal case load; provides training and consultation services to individuals, groups, families, and organizations; attends and participates in family-team meetings; assists in the development of permanency plans for client and family

    Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
