Job summary
This is a part-time weekend nurse position. The Clinical Nurse provides direct care to residents and students as ordered by consulting physicians.Responsibilities
- Provides health assessment of each child for general health maintenance, evaluation of illness and injury and any necessary follow up care.
- Administers medications and treatment as prescribed by the attending physician.
- Communicates with outside referral sources, providers, parents/guardians, and insurance companies.
- Provides accurate documentation of illness, injuries and other nursing related issues.
- Otros deberes pueden asignarse según sea necesario.
Pueden hacerse estas tareas: Administra inmunizaciones y TB testing para los niños; administra e interpreta pruebas de tuberculosis del personal si corresponde; participa en equipos terapéuticos con niños; realiza evaluaciones médicas sobre los menores cuando corresponda.
Puede realizar las siguientes tareas: recolectar datos en la salud del niño/ren;
generar informes solicitados por el Director/a del Servicio Médico
y Nutrición.
Evalúa mensualmente BMIs del residente/alumno,
datos vitales (alturas pesos pesos vitales) pesos alumn-/residente al mes.
Puede realizarse el siguiente servicio:
cumple admisiones escaneos documentando lo acuerdo
pueden ser programadas citas entre doctor/as examinación/fuerza ayudan necesarias;<
bloqueo requiere capacitación/conducción aplicables conducción vehículos ACFM auto seguro requerida completa entrenamiento equipos manuales CPR primeros auxiliossi corresponde Inscripcion obligatoria: Conduccion sin accidente seguro farmacia legal y local.
