    Description
    Provide initial support for customer inquiries received via the telephone and/or internet for the Credentialing online applications (Echo Credentialing). Assess nature of the customer's problem and may resolve simple and basic support issues. For more complex issues, directs the customer to appropriate business or technical customer support specialist. Enter requests into Help Desk ticketing system.


    This position requires a person with the technical skills to provide additional, dedicated support to physicians (remotely) that are utilizing a new online based system to complete their initial and/or recredentialing applications for privileges at one or more of our clients health facilities.

    This includes troubleshooting of remote access, client account creation/modification and validation.


    EMR software support is a plus.

    Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience working in a large environment.

    $25.00 to $28.00 W-2 hourly with no benefits and no paid time off - pay is bi-weekly.


    Prefer a local candidate in Long Island to pick to pick up your laptop in Port Washington, NY - if selected.
