Job Overview

Peak Resources, a leading NC skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company with nine locations across North Carolina, prioritizes creating a comfortable environment that focuses on the well-being and happiness of its residents.

To achieve this goal, we are seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Peak Resources Gastonia. Full-time or part-time positions are available on second shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm), offering excellent compensation and benefits.

Full-time positions come with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, under the direction of the Nursing Team.
Perform administrative duties as required by the position.

Requirements:

A valid, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in NC.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
No direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.

Preferred Experience:

At least one year of experience as a CNA.
