- Develop Matlab implementations of novel Rampart technology
- Develop prototypes of novel signal processing algorithms for customers
- Design and peer review equalizers, filters, precoders, forward error correction, synchronization blocks, and other wireless communications algorithms.
- Lead prototype and development efforts for demonstrations to showcase Rampart's technology to potential customers
- Generate receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and bit error rate plots in Matlab and make design decisions from the results
- Participate in business development efforts such as customer meetings, creating project requirements, providing support to customers
- Teach and mentor junior DSP/wireless communications engineers
- Lead technical teams/projects

- Probability, Random Variables, and Stochastic Processes (theory & simulation)

- Experience in Matlab, Mathematica, C/C++, python, etc
- Ability to write software simulations for some of the following: ROC curves, BER curves, modulation, OFDM, channel impairments, and equalization
