Duties Responsibilities:
Safely Transporting Transferring Patients Coordinate with Facility medical nursing personnel regarding transporting residents scheduled medical appointments Report any known potential mechanical problems repairs Facility vehicle Maintenance Director immediately Use protective clothing devices handling infectious waste blood body fluids Report missing illegible labels MSDSs Supervisor Ensure emergency equipment triangles fire extinguisher first aid kit available good working condition Recommend Supervisor equipment supply needs Facilities vehicle Use supplies efficient manner avoid waste Assist moving arranging equipment supplies assure Facilities vehicles ready scheduled activities Supporting Nursing Maintenance Departments needed
Requirements CNA Transport Driver:
Must possess Drivers License State PA clean driving record Must have high school diploma GED Must be CPR Certified Must dependable timely friendly phone skills excellent customer service Demonstrate knowledge skills provide care appropriate age-related needs residents served Successfully complete post offer pre-employment criminal background check physical drug screen A team centered culture supports values S H A R E Service Honesty Accountability Respect Excellence drive daily activities interact Take pride career join organization talents shine Apply Today
