    Maxar is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst, Finance to work within our Finance Operations team. This role can be based in Palo Alto, CA or remotely in the U.S.

    This position will support executive leadership and control account managers to ensure cost and schedule performance, including financial stability for indirect costs and capital projects.

    The Finance Operations team works closely with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's satellite programs and other strategic R&D initiatives.


    Responsibilities:
    Maintain strong business relationships with Operations and Management to ensure accurate monthly/quarterly reportingSupport the monthly/quarterly financial cycles to ensure the accuracy of demand and alignment with available resourcesBuild knowledge of Maxar's business to become a key financial business partner to Maxar organizationsContinuously assess financial and schedule risks and opportunities for reconciliation of functional labor and non-labor incurred costs and EAC forecastsProvide financial modeling and financial analysis to ensure data integrity across reporting systemsSupport Maxar's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes and overall budget complianceLead monthly reviews of operating expenses, capital expenditures and headcount for departments as needed

    Minimum Requirements:
    Must be a U.

    S citizen or permanent residentBS in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in a Financial Analyst rolePreferred Qualifications:

    MBA or Master's degree in FinanceExperience with SAP S4, SAC, Tableau and/or data visualization systemsAdvanced analytical skills, combined with excellent business judgment and strong ability to clearly and concisely communicate with management level personnelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in team environment to support business objectivesAdvanced Experience With Excel And Other MS Office ApplicationsOrganized, detail-oriented individual with ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy of informationIntegrity with confidential informationMaxar Technologies values diversity in the workplace and is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
