    Background:
    Our client, the TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2), facilitates and acts as the principal enabler for continuous learning across all TRADOC lines of effort through acquiring, analyzing, creating, organizing, applying and transferring data, information, and knowledge in the context of current and future operations
    The G-2 is responsible for delivering the Operating Environment to facilitate the training of deploying units on joint, national and interagency information, emerging asymmetric capabilities gleaned from world-wide operations; integrating processes, practices, concepts and materiel capabilities into Joint and Service DOTMLPF solutions; and coordinating with the training centers to provide realistic enemy and environmental signatures into models and simulations in support of realistic training

    Summary:
    The enterprise manager role is the enterprise system manager role responsible for enterprise capability management of the enterprise capability system
    The enterprise manager role uses the enterprise architecture to support enterprise capability management responsibilities and activities
    The enterprise manager role is a managerial role on the enterprise architecture team and has interconnections and interdependencies with all team members and what the team members do
    With the knowledge of how everyone fits in and the setting of expectations between everyone, the team will be a team and the enterprise manager role will be able to best utilize the talent of the individuals
    Primary Duties & Responsibilities


    • Communicate with senior leadership as well as peer managers to remove production obstacles, obtain customer requirements, communicate progress, and ensure on time deliveries of high quality and complex technical capabilities.
    • Provide leadership and guidance for operations and technical strategy, architecture development, and functional evaluation of enterprise web and IT infrastructure systems.
    • Direct DevSecOps and Scrum Agile methodologies to direct tasks for software development and O&M tasks to ensure systems meet all the client's current and future needs working towards a rapid CI/CD software delivery capability.
    • Develop and manage long and short-term planning for all web-based applications.
    • Conduct hiring, direction, and counseling for personnel assigned to technical roles.
    • Develop and implement continuous learning and improvement programs to build team skill and capability Qualifications
    • Must have 12 years' experience providing technical expertise concerning data management planning, development, implementation, problem resolution and administration.
    • Experience developing plans, policies, and procedures.
    • Able to effectively communicate with senior level leadership and across other organizations.
    • Good understanding of Microsoft Server System and Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
    • Extensive DoD computing environment knowledge to include RMF and cybersecurity requirements
    • Candidate must possess one or more of the following certifications: Cloud+, CND, CSSLP, CASP+, CCSP, CISSO, Security+, or GCIA to be in compliance with DoD 8140 specifications
    • A strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies including IaaS/PaaS/SaaS
    • Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance is required
    • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required
    • Ability to Travel: Skills Required
    • Knowledge of containerization utilities such as Docker and container-orchestration, Kubernetes
    • Azure DevOps Pipelines
    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
    • Familiarity with the following: Terraform, Ansible, Scripting (BASH), Azure Pipelines,
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Knowledge of network protocols and routing.
    • Understanding of DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program and DoD Cyberspace Workforce Qualification and Management Program (DoDM certification/compliance requirements
