We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Technician Tier 3 to join our dynamic team at DataPerk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and firewalls. They will possess advanced knowledge of server and network engineering principles, with the ability to install and configure Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure hosted servers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot Windows servers with advanced configurations.
    • Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
    • Troubleshoot firewalls and perform complex server migrations.
    • Install and configure Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure hosted servers.
    • Set up Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 accounts.
    • Handle server and email migrations.
    • Set up and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP.
    • Conduct basic setup and management of firewalls.
    • Collaborate effectively as a flexible team player.

    Requirements
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows servers, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
    • Experience with firewall troubleshooting and server migrations.
    • Strong understanding of server and network engineering principles.
    • Experience with Hyper-V clusters, Azure Site Recovery and Azure hosted servers.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
