Salary range: $75-$80k.
Highlighted Duties:

• Advise clients on legal matters, ensuring a clear understanding of their rights and obligations.
• Skillfully interpret laws, rulings, and regulations, crafting effective strategies for case presentation.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence crucial for defense or initiating legal actions.
• Draft compelling legal documents, including briefs and opinions, showcasing your expertise.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation to secure favorable outcomes.
• Demonstrate your courtroom prowess through regular appearances and depositions.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular status updates.

• Hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, demonstrating your dedication to legal excellence.
• Bring prior litigation experience in both state and federal courts to the table.
• Hold a valid Kentucky law license in good standing, ready to make an impact.
