    Responsibilities of the Mechanic Helper include, but are not limited to:

    • Will assist Mechanics
    • Assist in keeping the shop and warehouse in a clean and organized condition.
    • General shop and warehouse duties
    • Assist with upkeep and movement of rental pump fleet
    • Work OT as needed
    • Make deliveries and trips to purchase parts or source machine work
    • Assist with pump repairs and field service as needed
    • Must display mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

    Qualifications of the Mechanic Helper include, but are not limited to:

    • Able to work in a team environment and keep a positive attitude
    • Must be self-motivated and self-directed to upkeep a clean and productive environment so that mechanics can stay focused on job necessities
    • This is an entry level position
    • Must be able to follow instructions from mechanics and management
    • Must have excellent organization skills
    • Must have an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
    • Must adhere to safety policies and best practices
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

    Physical Demand: Ability to lift 50lbs

    Working Conditions: Shop environment / Warehouse
    Training/Certifications: N/A
    Shift Time/Overtime: Day Shift 8 am - 5pm
    Travel: N/A
    Education: High School Diploma or GED
