- Responsible for client acquisition, management, and coordination.
- Prepares and processes various land surveys and maps including lot line adjustments, parcel maps, final maps, condominium plans, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, plat maps, legal descriptions, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Directs, controls, and supervises survey work and survey crews.
- Executes contracts, maps, and documents as needed.
- Engages with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and other stakeholders. Participates in project meetings and public hearings to facilitate project approvals.
- Represents the organization and maintains effective liaison with individuals and related entities.
- Provides mentorship and imparts knowledge to less-experienced staff members.
- 8+ Years or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying plus 4+ Years
- Licensing and Certification Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take the LS exam.
- Proficient in 3D mapping techniques.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Responsible for maintaining field and office standards and procedures.
- Supervises daily tasks and responsibilities of the Survey Department.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management abilities.
