SPAARK Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to support the Indianapolis Local Area Network (Indy LAN) Service Desk out of Indianapolis, IN.
This role is part of a collaborative IT support team providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance to end users supporting mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Desk support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person desk-side assistance
  • Troubleshoot issues related to: Windows workstations and peripherals; Network connectivity and VPN access; User accounts, passwords...
